There are systems like RT roller tables, ZT intermediate transports, ZTW turning devices, and AT/DAT single and double alignment tables available for linking of several transport lines.
Swiveling transport unit with reversing function in working widths of 52 cm or 72 cm. Two independently controlled motors allow the folded product to be rotated freely during transport without stopping.
Can also be used for arc acceleration for any application.
Alignment, deflection, and processing such as applying glue lines are handled by the RT roller table, which is also available in an extended version. With additional M4/M5 control, the RT can be used in conjunction with other units in a networked operation (Mini-Master or L4/L5 control required).

A 90° deflection allows for space-saving U-shaped setup of the folding line. This module simplifies workflow by shortening the distances for filling the feeder and removing the product from the delivery system.

The WM180 reversing module provides a complete 180° turn of the folded product in a very compact design, similar to a turn & tab labeler. This feature allows, for example, a labeled product to be turned over so that the closed product edge is at the front, simplifying loading the feeder and product removal from the delivery system.
Accessories are available as an option in conjunction with MV11 systems.
A 180° turn of the product perpendicular to the direction of travel allows for positioning within the fold line to turn the product from top to bottom. The module is mobile and movable on casters, making it easy to integrate into an existing production line. The arrangement of the belts ensures that the product is turned perpendicular to the direction of travel.
An extended version includes two conveyor belts – one with reversal and one without. This allows the mode to be changed quickly and efficiently within the production line by briefly moving the module.
