The PA15 autoload system is ideally suitable for a variable integration to packaging equipment. With the mobile and electrical height adjustable base the operation to existing lines is optimally possible.
A large loading area for the trays enables high production speeds. The automatic emptying of the folded products and disposal of the empty trays creates high operator convenience.
Pre-folded products like booklets or leaflets can be called up needs-based via the master encoder of the packaging line. Fast product changes are possible without manual extraction of remaining products. A prefilling for a product change is not necessary.
