Single folding in 500 and 600 mm folding unit with folding knife which can be adapted to most folding machine series from FA 36 up to K 74 or after gathering machines, stitching machines or other third party systems.
For special jobs there is a parallel knife unit (ZK 500-4P) available.

The folding unit is rotatable, allowing the folding blade to come from above or below. The drive is infinitely adjustable, making it adaptable to the upstream machine. The height is adjustable!

Special heights according to customer requirements are also possible. The blade release is triggered by the incoming sheet witha reflex sensor. The exit side is switchable to the left or right.
