With the PP 200 Pick & Place-system you can plant cards, bags, samples, credit cards, CD's, coins and threedimensional products at cyberspeed and in a simple way on a main product.
The Pick & Place feeder has an independent drive and can be applied everywhere above a conveyor belt. The Pick & Place can be integrated with the control of the main machine. The maximum feeding speed constitues of 18.000 products per hour.
With the mobile base it is easy and simple to combine the Pick & Place with glueing machines, folding- and packaging machines as well as with other placing equipment above transport belts.
The height adjustable dispensing head can be displaced independently of the folding mechanism completely off the working space.
The servo motor of the Pick & Place is fueling a rotor with suction cups. One suction cup in idle position removes one product from the magazine, which is placed afterwards in a rotary movement on top of the main product.
The pick & place and the production machine are always working synchronously.
The speed of the Pick & Place’s rotor is determined by the shaft encoder on the main line.
The PP 200 stands for extremely accurate positioning and is flexible adjustable to compensate any deviations in the spacing.
