Special outsert folding machines are required to produce the patented RTA outserts, tagserts, Z-cards or booklets.

The outsert system consists of several modules. Different feeder types offer different advantages depending on the type of production. In the first folding unit, the paper can be folded up to 24 times in a parallel fold. In the other folding stations, compact leaflet booklets are produced using cross-folds and downstream presses. Secured with removable glue dots or closed with labels, these outserts are designed for further processing on packaging machines. Thanks to their very compact size, they can be inserted into the folding carton with the end product or attached directly to the end products such as bottles or pill containers.
