Our leaflet folders are designed for installation on cartoning machines and packaging lines. They fold leaflets from the roll or from the stack of sheets at high speed, precisely and reliably to the smallest final formats. The machine types are also available as stand-alone versions for the pre-production of leaflets. Our insert feeding systems reliably feed these pre-folded products into the packaging systems as required.
For classic leaflets in small folds that are dispensed directly into the pharmaceutical packaging. Cartonac folding units are designed for a paper width of up to 215 mm. The CARTONAC series can be integrated into any packaging machine with the smallest possible installation dimensions.
The RS series offers the possibility to fold endlessly from the roll. Uninterrupted running of longer runs without frequent reloading of sheets and therefore greater economy.
Available as an integrated unit or with substructure as a stand-alone solution.
