With the PP 200 Pick & Place system, you can quickly and easily place cards, bags, samples, credit cards, CDs, coins and three-dimensional products on a major product, e.g. on a magazine.

Pick & Place, has an independent drive and can be installed anywhere above a conveyor belt. If required, it can be integrated into the control system of the main machine. The maximum lay-up speed is 18,000 products per hour.

Thanks to its modular function, you have the possibility to combine it via transport belts to glueing machines, folding- and packaging machines as well as with other attaching devices. Easy to attach to a transport section through mobile substructure. The height-adjustable dispensing head can be completely moved out of the working area by simple manipulation.

TECHNOLOGY

The servo motor of the Pick & Place drives a rotor with suction cups. A suction cup picks up a product from the magazine in the stationary position, which is then deposited in a rotating movement over the main product. The PP 200 and the production machine always run completely synchronously. The conveyor belt with the main products does not have to be stopped to the product tray. A rotary encoder on the main track determines the speed at which the pick & place rotor rotates. Based on the data of a photo cell and the speed determined by the rotary encoder, the software determines where and when the product has to be stored. The PP200 stands for an extremely exact placement, in the case of deviations in the distance can be compensated.
